Our Coaching Services

Looking to bring in more nourishment? Have more energy,  less cravings, and see more results in your exercise routines? You might need some nutrition accountability. We are BIG on adding in nourishment, and honouring how food is processed in YOUR body.  Food is fuel, food is medicine, food is nourishment for the soul. 
First step, book in an initial consult. This first meeting will get you a 1:1 meeting with Olivia RHN, to talk about YOU. What is realistic to you and your journey.  Then you can book a check in call to follow up when you need some guidance, an adjustment or some accountability. This can be paired with monthly memberships, a la carte, or included in a full coaching package.

Feeling called to add strength training into your routine? Not sure where to start? Starting with a few personal training sessions, or a full coaching package might be the best way to step into your true strength. This gives you a 1:1 opportunity to assess YOUR body. Your mobility, your alignment and your everyday movement. Take this time to improve your overall strength and watch your everyday confidence shine through.
 Start with an initial consult with Kass or Baillie to create your routine road map, then add in your follow up check in points to create that accountability, adjustments and support.  This can be paired with monthly memberships, a la carte, or included in a full coaching package.

  • Kassandra Fuller

    OWNER, Personal Trainer

    Meet Kassandra, small group training is near and dear to her heart. Going on 7 years of bringing women together to get stronger, cheer each other on and feel more confident everyday. Kassandra has curated class styles that all compliment each other. Her favourite class to teach is Booty & Core, with the follow along style it really reflects back on her days as a dancer. Plus the energy of the class is amazing, it seems to also be a member favourite!

    Her love for the combination of mobility and strength come together in other unique styles of movement. Kettlebell Flow is a class she also loves to teach, and uses as her own personal workout style. It challenges the whole body and is so versatile. Check out this class on available Saturday mornings!

    Another form of movement she loves is animal flow. Bringing mobility, bodyweight strength and primal movement patterns together. It’s like learning a whole new language!

    In 2020, she started specializing in pre/post natal training. Creating programs that support women after birth. Retraining their body how to move again.

    Creating a strong foundation of strength is her specialty.

  • Baillie Sanderson

    Personal Trainer

    Baillie has always had a passion for helping others achieve their goals. She grew up playing competitive sports: dance, soccer, and volleyball. From a young age she was passing on her knowledge to peers through teaching dance and coaching volleyball. Once her competitive sports days were over, she fell in love with a new way to move her body and see what she is capable of, fitness. She was able to transform her life through exercising her body, aligning her mind, and nourishing her soul, and now she is helping others accomplish their goals in the same way. Baillie is passionate about strength training, functional training, and mobility, and she is so excited to pass on her knowledge to our clients here at the Align Movement Studio. Through her training, she strives to help women discover their true potential, and feel strong, empowered, and confident.
