    This introductory 5 week program is a perfect way to start or get back to your strength training!

    This program is designed for women 55+, looking to improve their mobility, increase their strength and focus on their overall health.

    In just 5 short weeks you will leave this program with a better understanding of your own strength! (Which is probably way more than you give yourself credit for).

    The goal of this program is to make your everyday life easier. By creating more stability in the body, creating more range of motion in the joints and learning the foundational exercises and proper form.

    Grab a 5 or 10 class pass to use with any of the class times in the program.

    We are creating ways to reconnect you back to movement during these important life transitions. There is so much to take in as a new mother and navigating pregnancy. We are here to guide you every step of the way!

    Through prenatal yoga, exercise consultations and postpartum core rehab. Stay tuned for specialty workshops and further pre/post natal support.

With class passes you can use these towards any Everyday Strength Class. These passes last 60 days after purchase. Offering some accountability to use them up and get moving!

We are bringing you unlimited classes, workshops and on demand videos to support your movement and connecting to your body. NEW* to our memberships are discounts on Accountability and Nutrition coaching. These sessions are 1:1 and revolve around you, your goals, your routines and your desire for more out of your fitness routine. Maybe you are feeling called to have a coach in your corner. Someone to turn to when you have questions, need motivation, and just  want more strategy with the classes you take.

We are bringing you unlimited classes, workshops and on demand videos to support your movement and connecting to your body. NEW* and different from our other 12 month options, are INCLUDED  Accountability and Nutrition monthly consults. Starting with an initial consult, then meeting for quick updates and check ins monthly.  These sessions are 1:1 and revolve around you, your goals, your routines and your desire for more out of your fitness routine. Maybe you are feeling called to have a coach in your corner. Someone to turn to when you have questions, need motivation, and just  want more strategy with the classes you take. After each consult, you'll walk away with personalized mobility homework, strategy for classes that support your goals, and any mindfulness support we can offer. This is dedicated time for just you, so you can get the most out of your membership!

All designed to work synergistically together to build strength, increase your mobility and feel more confident than ever.

  • Cardio Conditioning

    A cardio based class to get that heart rate pumping. This class ranges from large stationed circuits , mini circuits and HIIT. Using a variety equipment that compliments the Build & Burn Classes.

    Tuesday, Friday and Saturdays

  • Weighted Strength

    A strength based class using functional movements and weights for resistance. Focusing on using big push and pull movements like squats, deadlifts, rows, and presses. This is a great class to focus on building muscle and functional strength.

    Monday and Wednesdays

  • Booty & Core

    This class is a matwork based class. Using bodyweight and bands to challenge the body in a different way. Focusing on booty stabilizing muscles and supportive core strength.

    Thursdays

  • Kettlebell Flow

    This class is an intermediate to advanced level technique class. Tying together common kettlebell moves such as the clean, snatch and swing in one fluid flow.

    Saturdays

Why small group training is different from other gym classes..

 

Have you ever attended a group class and felt lost in the back? Were there movements and technique you weren’t 100% confident in?

This doesn’t happen at the Align Movement Studio. These classes are designed to be no more than 12 people. Allowing the instructor to spend time with anyone who has questions about each movement. Corrections can be made and tended to immediately, ensuring no injuries occur. Careful, it also means your coach will get to know you and your strengths. Don’t be shocked if your weights start increasing week to week!

With smaller class sizes, a greater sense of community can grow! You will more than likely be with similar people each week. Feeling more and more confident and comfortable! Not to mention the difference you’ll feel while using proper technique.

With proper technique you are recruiting the right muscles. When you recruit the right muscles, you move effectively. Moving effectively leads to building strength faster. The stronger you are, the more confidently you feel in everyday movement!
