Being a minimum of 6 weeks postpartum, this online level 1 program is focused on rebuilding your pelvic floor strength. Connecting back to your body and creating a strong foundation. Over 6 weeks you will retrain your body to breathe with movement while synergistically aiding your pelvic floor healing.
